Who we are

Artech Design CAD Services (“Artech Design”, “we”) provides CAD drafting services. You can contact us about privacy at info@artechdesign.co.uk.

What we collect

When you contact us or work with us, we collect the information you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, the property or project address, and the drawings, photos and documents you share.

This website does not use a contact form, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver drawings, answer your questions, invoice for our work and keep the records we are required to keep.

We use it because it is needed to provide the service you ask for, and for our legitimate interest in running the business. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your agreement.

Who we share it with

We share information only with services that help us work: our email provider, WhatsApp for messaging, our website host and file-sharing tools you choose to use. We do not share your project with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.

Where it is processed

Some of the services we use, such as email and WhatsApp, may store information outside the UK. They protect it with their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep project files and messages for as long as needed to complete the work and handle any follow-up, and invoices and records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your files sooner where we are not obliged to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@artechdesign.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
